We all have to remember that this market, bank owned foreclosure's and Distressed properties, will not be here forever. It was before and will be again, but to stay this way, it is impossible.
I would say that we need to remember that we do help each other. On the long tail, we all interact, sell each other's listings and owe it to each other to be upfront and honest.
Nice thought - but of course when you have human beings involved, we fall short of this test.
I would say this to other REO agents that have some of the Bank REO's and Foreclosure(assets to sell):
"- make sure you call the agents back. Make sure you keep them aware of where their offer is with regard to "process". Also - give them a courtesy call if their client's offer does not get accepted."
Respond to e-mails and answer the phone. We do and still have buyers from Before this REO market - I know how frustrating it is when we don't get called back when we are inquiring on a home that is listed by an REO Agent.
We have a certain code to our REO and Foreclosure Representation - I just blogged about this and sent copies to our asset managers!
Be good to each other and keep the rubber side down.

You've said so much here. Being good to each other should be what we strive to accomplish every day. BTW this is one of the best backgrounds I have seen.
