In the spirit of being more transparent I figured we should discuss The Rent Company. As many of you know Vizion has been using The Rent Company as a property manager for the past several months. Their ridiculously low management fees and top notch customer service makes working with them a breeze. Even our tenants agree they’ve never seen a management company respond as quickly to service calls as The Rent Company. Naturally joining forces with The Rent Company will mean a few changes down here at Vizion but rest assured current tenants nothing will be changing for you.
The major change that will be taking place will be the gradual transition away from Vizion being at the forefront of marketing and leasing our rental and rent to own properties. Over the next few months you will notice the telephone number 913-871-6683 appearing on the majority of our marketing material. This will be the number to call when your interested in renting a Vizion property. Due to the high volume of calls I’ve been receiving on my cell phone its become necessary for us to export these calls directly to The Rent Company who will be taking over leasing these properties.
It’s probably important to note that nothing will be changing when it comes to the quality of remodel work going into Vizion properties. Rest assured that when you choose to lease a Vizion home you will still be getting the best quality home that money can buy.
