Go to my last post and send an email for me. Not a good read but I need everyones help on this that I can get.

Foreclosures are becoming harder to deal with in my area. The sellers break all the rules and then vanish.

I thought your video showed real insight into looking at the big picture. Understanding the difference between the number of owner occupied and the second/investment homes that are foreclosed on is important to getting at the root causes of the foreclosure problem. I would think lenders would be studying this today.
