Hi Neal, It seems like along time passed since we met up here in the Rain. A very nice post and the market seems to improving, at least getting closer to finding a bottom. I suspect that during this year, lots of new Buyers will jumping in and taking advantage of the rates and tax credits. Enjoy the Spring and sounds like you might be already.
