Why Wild And Crazy Is Good For You

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty 0575737

WildIn the very early days of the TV comedy Saturday Night Live (I'm dating myself now), Steve Martin and Dan Aykroyd had this routine where they were these two fun loving guys. I'm here to tell you

Why Wild And Crazy Is Good For You.

The pair would just laugh and belt out, "We're just two wild and crazy guys." It spoke of times in your life you need to act carefree. With today's real estate market and in life, financial stress out there, we need some wild and crazy to

     REFRESH!!!

CrazyYou just have to put it into your time somewhere so you just flat out don't snap. Turn on the news or even read the Metropolitan section of your newspaper in print or online, and you think the journalists were masters in bad news. Who can take this bombardment constantly?

  1. Find ways to have hearty laughter in your life.

Practice silliness with children or pets.

Get away from it all into nature and do something extreme.

Do anything PHYSICAL. Running, Kick boxing, does badminton count?

Enjoy music with an iPOD, headphones, stereo, boom box, radio in the car (and sing along, even offkey). Dance with a partner or on your own.

Learn to blow off some steam by being wild and crazy now and then. It is good for your life and your soul. It REFRESHES!

Any wild and crazy things you are doing lately? Skydiving, motorcycling, rock climbing, jet skiing, snowboarding, reading a book at the park while feeding the ducks or pigeons, girls night out, karaoke?

Don't worry you can tell me how you are letting your hair down. I won't tell anyone.

Myself, I did find a kick boxing class. I think with Karaoke I might shatter the glasses in the place with my offkey song attempt at that. <Smile>. But I'll find something soon.

Gary,

Oh do I remember this routine! Thanks for the laugh! Your message is right on. MY husband Gene keeps us all laughing...you never know what he is going to say but he does keep us from getting too serious!

Gary, it is so important to squeez as much as we can out of the short time we are here. The actions and activities we do are the way in which we do it. I suppose that makes me a "Wild and Crazy Guy"! :)

Thanks

Bo

Hi Gary, I have these fabulous new clients and we just giggle a lot. Just sold her home and we bought a new one today. She said that she and her husband have for the very first time really enjoyed the process. Guess that is as wild and crazy as I get but I love to practice silliness as Lynda mentioned. I have thought recently that getting back to country western dancing would be fun.

ToulaRosebrock.comHi Gary:

I remember those Saturday Night Live episodes very well.

Great reminder to take some time aside everyday for a laugh.

Right now, there's a station that's been playing the old Hogan's Heroes shows...I've been taking a little time everyday to see them.

Gary, my dad did an awesome impersonation of these guys in the 70's :-) You make a good point. We all have to find our own way to relax and let loose.

Hey Gary: Well, last week I went snow skiing and for me that's a little wild and crazy because I just get so nervous that I'm going to break something, LOL! But I survived and had a great time! You're right, we need to make time for fun in our lives...however, I'm with you on the karoake thing...I'm the WORLD'S WORST SINGER and I won't be attempting that anytime soon :-)

Hope you have a Wild and Crazy Weekend :-)
