13 Comments on Spring comes slowly to the ski resorts of New Hampshire.
Wow washing the car.....definitely Spring! I bet the White Mountains of New Hampshire are gorgeous during any season.
Mandi...We have great views and recreation no matter the time of year, looking forward to the change of season. Winter is Great but it is long enough, and I'm ready for some warmth.
Man, Steve, gotta love that "brook" in your back yard! If you ever get too cold up there, come on down to my neck of the woods... er... uh... desert. :)
Steve, I am hooked with the running water. Spring is coming in slowing. just the way I like it!
Randy , I dream of playing the TPC course in Phoenix... not likely but would love to play golf there.
Bill...I love the winter sports but once they are done, I want "Mud Season" to be quick, and be golf season right-away.
I bet you are ready for golf season..especially since you had bad weather while you were in Florida!
Steve - Your shots are so crisp. Did I hear you say mud season? yes I hate all the rain and mud but I look forward to the May flowers.
Cecily...I am thrilled to be moving on to the next season, but that is what's so great about New England, when the season changes so the does the recreational activities..it's never boring.
Jennifer... I hate mud season, but it's like the old analogy: you have to break some eggs to make a cake, and mud has to come before the flowers grow.
Hi ya Steve...
Spring was always my favorite time of year. Everything was just so...Well...New, after shaking off all of the snow. Man, you Guys have had a good ole fashioned winter season there :)
TLW...ROAR!
Hey Steve--Is your muddy season really bad? The people of Crested Butte, CO were telling us that almost all the locals leave the town for about a month and go to exciting places such as South America and Mexico. Then they return to their beautiful wild flowers blooming!
Have a great weekend,
Anne Rains
Billie...TLW, do you ever miss the change of seasons living in the south?...Your Husband and I have exchanged info on his former life as a Northern. Yes it was a good ski season.
Anne... I think those folks have the right Idea, I would like to go away for a month Too!
