Reminder of Lowe's REALTOR® Perks/Resources...

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Indy Metro Northeast

I keep forgetting about one of the perks of being a licensed REALTOR®. I thought I'd post this information for those of you that either forgot about this incentive or didn't know about it.

If you are a REALTOR®, you can get various incentives from Lowe's including the following:

  • 10% of coupons geared at your client (buyer, seller, etc)
  • Tips to help buyers and sellers
  • 5% discount when you purchase gift cards
  • e-newsletters including tips and periodic coupons with your branding

We all know homeowners are going to take a trip to the local home improvement store at some point in time, unless they've bought the absolute perfect house that doesn't and never will need ANYTHING.  Chances of that are slim to most likely none...

Visit the Lowe's REALTOR® Benefits site here...

As I told you before Vanessa, we have so many tools out there, it's hard for me to keep up.  I am hoping that by putting them in my blog, I will remember to use my frequently forgotten tools in the future...

Hi Chanda - Lowe's does offer some great perks for Realtors (R).  I use their site to send newsletters, gift cards, etc.

Jon, I'm happy to see someone is getting good use of their resources.

Scott, Happy to see I'm not the only one that forgot about this resource.  :)

The program would be even better if the Lowes magazines that are sent to your clients that you enroll had the referrer name on it.   It should say, Sent to you on behalf of -------!

Suma, the site mentioned in my blog above takes you to the Lowe's REALTOR benefits site.  The e-newsletter link is https://www.lowesrealtorbenefits.com/about/clientEnewsletter.asp Hope that helps!

Justin and DeAndrea,  thanks for the heads up.  Didn't even realize I had more comments here since I didn't receive the email telling me I had new ones.  AR seems to be off and on about this particular feature...
