Growth Leader - The leads are coming in faster now - Week 9 update

By
Real Estate Agent

In the first three weeks of March, for some reason, the leads were coming in much slower than in February.  Only 4 total in the first 16 days.

This week though, I received 7 leads.  Two more today!.  I get the alerts on my blackberry and I can see them in my web site, and I can see exactly which homes that are seeing at the same time they are seeing them.

The contact program part of Vision is excellent.  It assists you in organizing and storing and following on all these leads on an organized basis.

Last Saturday, I met 2 of my leads in person.  We looked at homes with each lead.  This week, we are getting them both pre approved, and they both need to buy ASAP.  This is very exciting.

Still, I am responding to those with phone numbers, immediately.  Those that have only emails, I am treating with patience, and consistancy.  I can see the leads come back again and again to my web site.  Some have come back as many as 30 times, and viewed over 300 homes on my web site.

The Growth Leader experience is very exciting and is working for me, here in Southeastern Pennsylvania.  I am now completing my 9th week on the program and have 67 Leads so far

You are going to have to start building a team to take care of all of these leads.  Good luck to you!

Okay, what am I missing here?  Do you get a kick back from these people to advertise what you may or may not be getting?  Growth Leader is a sub, sub, sub branch of a spinoff of a spinoff and they sell leads to anyone and everyone who has a pulse.  If you really are getting the results you claim, then GREAT!!!  My experience in the past was awful - leads were sold multiple times because each branch of the company sold the same lead to their designated agents.  Some leads were getting up to 6 calls from "exclusive" agents.

If your success is real then I am happy for you and wish you much success-seriously.

I keep thinking I'll see a post telling me what growth leader is but I haven't yet.  It sounds like many agents are doing it.

Don, I've been following your blog about Growth Leader.  I spoke with John @ GL twice this week and may be taking the plunge myself.  Little concerned about the cost (it's going to be about $363/mo for 60, mo. to mo.).  Does that cost sound about right to you or does it vary by region?
