Today, here in Spartanburg, South Carolina The Sandy Childs Team hosted a successful Realtor Open house. We had three houses open and about 14 agents attended. All of the agents seemed to be interested in the houses and looked through, they thought we had a good listing and were hopeful to bring us a buyer.

Homemade vegetable soup with cornbread and a tasty pineapple casserole dessert were on the menu.We started with 2 large crock-pots full and every bite was gone!!! So, the food was a hit. We are hopeful that one of the agents will bring us a buyer. The Builder for the community, who is also the builder of the resale listing we have, visited with us and we really had a nice time. I was really good to have the interaction with the other agents. We had tables and chairs set up in the garage, so everyone could eat, chat  and be comfortable.

As far as Realtor Open Houses go, this one was a success.
