During the month of February, 2009 there were 2 new residential listings in and around the Hill City area. The total # of homes for sale is 35. And 3 homes have sold or were under contract. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills since last month is $162,488 compared with $(no data) with an average of 112 days on the market compared to (no data) last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.01% of their asking price as compared to (no data)% last month.
