The message from host Coach Steve on the Virtual Superstars Show” is, “Real Coaching Radio is about being in action.” The network is growing with the addition of an on-line coaching alliance program. “We’re not talking about it anymore,” he said, “we’re going to do it. It’s time to step up and support one another.” Co-host, Paul -- Podcasting101 agreed -- “It’s one thing to know the right thing to do and know how to act, it’s another to walk the talk,” he said.

Coach Steve said that it was ok if you don’t walk the talk, but to at least be authentic about it. “We all do it. We let ourselves off the hook, but in this new coaching community, that isn’t going to happen much.” Coach Steve said that people want to be supported. This new coaching system opens a new opportunity. “In making a commitment to the community, you get assistance,” he said, adding that, “even if you ask for the wrong thing, it’s ok. You go on and keep asking until you get it right.

”The coaching industry, in general, doesn’t always live up to the standards they are teaching, according to Paul. Coach Steve added that coaches sometimes sugar-coat things with good conversation and by talking down to listeners and clients. Real Coaching Radio cannot be part of that. “It doesn’t fit,” he said. If a coach does that on this network they will either leave on their own or be assisted out the door, even though we will still be friends. “We can’t fool anybody except ourselves. Most people will know where you stand,” he said.

Being in action means taking advantage of opportunities, bonding with others and staying connected. The internet is a powerful tool, but email and tweeting isn’t always enough. Social broadcasting is about getting out there and meeting people -- pick up the phone, meet in person when possible. “There are times when issues cannot be resolved by email,” Coach Steve said.

One web site that extends the person-to-person connection is Dating Club Live. A Twitter party is planned for April 3rd. Coach Steve invites all singles who want to learn how to get on the dating scene again to join in and discover how much fun dating can be by using a new tool Twitter.

Finally the hosts shared some marketing tips. They encouraged people who have products and services to sell, write blogs, make videos, create podcasts and stay in action. “The more content you have on the Internet, the more your potential grows,” Paul said. Coach Steve reminded people to get into their passion and start part time if they have other responsibilities. “Put your TV time toward your passion and before long, you’ve built a full-time business. On the Internet it isn’t about how much time you have. It’s about action.”
