Recently, I received a comment on my blog, which is usually a good thing... Well, this time it was bitter sweet! From a post over a year ago, someone who was not a member of the community made a comment; and I quote: "what kind of real estate professional has a blog?"

Ok, ok, I have to be honest.... At first, I was upset. No one likes to have a negative comment. Most people I assume take negative comments towards them personal; I know I do. Then....... I remembered; what am I thinking???

WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL REALTOR HAS A BLOG???

As of now 141,852 real estate professionals are a member of the Active Rain community! We here on Active Rain have to be doing something right, by blog, blog, blogging away. 141,852............ So, please answer my lovely commentee's question, and put my mind at ease.

My question is...Why wouldn't you?  Not only is it a way to provide information, it shows your open and willing to communicate.  And if you're not up on at least some of the technology, you might as well forget it these days....
