It seems everyday I drive by some open parcel of land in Frisco or Celina and wonder what is being built there?
Yesterday as I drove out of the Cobb Hill community of Frisco I saw a new commercial sign on the corner of the Dallas North Tollway. A little Google research and a phone call and I found out that Texas Health Resources recently purchased the 20-acre tract at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Cobb Hill Drive in Frisco.
At this time details on the development are unknown, but I'll keep you posted.
What we do know is Texas Health Resources is one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit U.S. health care systems with 13 hospitals and more than 2,600 licensed beds. It is also a large Dallas-Fort Worth area employer with 18,250 employees and 3,700 physicians. They are most well known in this area for the Presbyterian hospitals.
