A good reminder. This sorts of things have been happening my my area with slab leaks from bad design by the builders who were taking short cuts. after the 10 years has passed , they are out of the woods. That is when of course the cooper plumbing decide to break down. A warning label need to placed as a reminder that at any time , water can become a real problem. Homeowners need to be advised to think about this earlier not later. Be Prepared-a Good Mantra
