I will evaluate your home with an objective eye and determine what you might need to move, change, repair or replace. Staging can range from simply removing clutter and rearranging furniture to painting and redecorating. We will guide you in how to make simple, moderate or significant improvements and changes to your home. What to eliminate, what to keep, and what to add. We will inform you of definite things to do or not do when putting your house on the market.

It is important to make that positive first impression. If additional work is needed or wanted, Ray will enter with his expertise in cabinet work and/or trim work. If work is needed or wanted on a specialty we don't provide, we will pull someone in from  our network or you can use your own contractor.
