The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2008 was $489,683

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2009 was $344,029

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2008 was $467,583

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2009 was $326,557

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Holliston in March of 2008 was 49 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Holliston March of 2009 was 221 days.

LMAO, I thought I had already read this one Bill, but I see this is a different community and the numbers are different. . So now I have suggestion. Could we have a picture of each community so we will know these communities better and then the market changes can have a picture reference. Just an idea, what do think? I kept looking thinking I had already made a comment but there wasn't any yet since you just posted it.

There has been a pretty substantial market change in Holliston. So it seems like a great time to buy there with the way lower average prices.

Wow, Bill. About a 30% drop in average sale price since 1 yesr ago. Sounds like prices are at a point where buyers in the Holliston real estate market will want to get off the fence.

Jeff - The average price drop year over year was closer to 10%. What you are looking at the top of the post is just a summary for this past month out of 7 sales. You need to look at the year over year data to get a true picture of what has happened in Holliston.
