Woodlore South is one of Plymouth Twp's newer subdivision being built between 1998 and 2000.   The location of the subdivision is between Joy and Ann Arbor Rd and between Beck and Canton Center.  The subdivision is located east off Beck Rd and just South of Ann Arbor Rd.

  Woodlore has approximately 116 homes in it.  The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style homes.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors & brick/wood exteriors, 3 car garages, 4-5 bedrooms,  3.5 + bathrooms, basements.
Square footage of the homes range from 2700 - 4100 square ft.
