Springs Ranch is located just east of Colorado Springs off of Powers Blvd. Springs Ranch is near newer modern conveniences with a beautiful golf course and is situated near the Sky Sox stadium.
Springs Ranch falls into Falcon School District 49. Sand Creek is the High School in Springs Ranch. Middle Schools are Horizon, Falcon and Skyview. Grade Schools are Evans, Springs Ranch, and Remington.
Homes Range from 979 square feet condos to 4300 square feet houses. Prices range from $138,500-$445,900. 
Active homes in the area are currently at 120 as of 05/16/07. Average Home Price is $248,109.
Sold Homes (Jan. 1st- May 15, 2007): 54 which is a down from a year ago. In 2006 there was 97 properties sold during this time frame. Good weather and less new builder inventory could absorb some of this loss this summer.
Average sold price (Jan. 1st - May 15, 2007): $230,895 (2432sqft). Average sold price in 2006 during the same period was $226,224 (2283sqft).
Average Days on Market for sold properties:(Jan. 1st -May 15, 2007): 105 which was up 30 days from 75 in 2006.
