Thanks Robert--The entire home is amazing and the setting is fantastic. The creek is literally within 20' of the house, but because of the slope is out of the floodplain!

Hi Lynn--If they don't use the soy-based, there are a number of spray foams that can be used too. I don't know about toxicity of all of them, but they do a great job of filling in the gaps and keeping it warm or cool!

Tamara, wow I love the sounds of nature, where you stop and take a moment, mornings are great where you hear all waking up from birds, and etc.

Tamara, do you believe the home owner will allow us attempt our cooking skills here, LOL, now if we burn the kitchen down media attention assist in homes sales.... NOW THAT'S A THOUGHT...

Lynn--It is an amazing place to wake up! And to go to sleep with the sound of the creek. And to have summer breakfasts on the upper deck... and to curl up next to the fireplace and watch the snow fall outside the big windows in the living room and I could go on and on.

Yes, the owner would let us attempt cooking here. We're really tight...

It's pretty new to the market, hasn't been on tour yet, so we've had limited showings. I just did my first opens over Easter weekend. Traffic was limited. So far this year, we have not had a lot of sales in this price range.... Buyers in the higher price ranges would be well served to look at this one!!! Get an amazing location, fabulous house and lower payments than they were expecting!!!
