Every once in a while you list a property that you sell with regret, because you wish you could reach into your back pocket and pull out enough extra cash to have it for yourself.
That happened to me this week when I listed this one. It went on MLS yesterday. I have shown it once already today, and my guess is that it will be gone in less than two weeks.
You pull into the driveway, get out and stop ... amazed by the roar of the waterfall just two hundred feet from the residence.
Wow!
And just in case you are wondering if the $289,000 CDN price tag (about $230,000 US) for a place with its own waterfall, 163 acres and appx. 2000' of waterfront is a leftover April Fool's joke ... it's not. There really are some great deals up here in Ontario, Canada.
