The Eagle Ridge Subdivision is located off of River Rd and Theodore just west of Rt.59 in Plainfield IL.  The neighborhood is part of the Troy school district.  There is a $130  Homeowners Association fee that is paid once yearly.  Eagle Ridge was originally developed by Phoenix homes and features two large ponds stocked for fishing, as well as a neighborhood park.
