This is a great property.  It has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the main and one on the second level off the bonus room.  The second floor has a full bath, a nice bonus room with a Sony Wall station and LOTS of storage.  The main floor has hardwood in the dining room, living room, keeping room and halls.  There are 2 fireplaces and the kitchen is delightful.  It has granite countertops, double ovens a custom island, plenty of cabinets  and a large pantry.  The master features access to the deck, tray ceilings and a retreat like master bath with a glass shower, double vanities and a large jetted tub. The walk in closet is huge and features his and her divided areas with custom organizers.  The home has a 3 car garage, whole house audio, smart connector and a central vac. 

The plan appraised for over $440,000 but this is the last house the builder has in the subdivision and he said MOVE IT.  It has been reduced to $399,000.  As you can see, there is lots of equity in this home. 

Your buyer that has been in there several times really should either make an offer contingent upon their home selling or make an offer for trade.  I know they love this house and interest rates are SO good right now.  We have had several showings in the last 2 weeks. I think our biggest setback with it is that not many people in our community can afford this price home.
