NOW is a great time to buy a home. Interest rates and prices are LOW, there is a great selection of homes to choose from, plus first time homebuyers are eligible for a tax credit!

It's like the United States government is paying YOU to take advantage of the current buyer's market!

Highlights of the 2009 First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit include:

 · First time homebuyers (and those who haven't owned a home in the last three years) are eligible for a   tax credit up to $8000 (10% of the purchase price, up to $8000) or $4000 for married individuals filing separately

 · The credit does not require repayment (some conditions apply)

 · The credit applies to homes purchased and closed between January 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009

More detailed information can be found here: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=204672,00.html

I'd be happy to pass along current market information and provide to you a list of homes that suit your needs. Please feel free to give me a call at 208.713.0574, or send me an email at: lesliehampton@msn.com.

I strongly recommend you contact a lender to get prequalified. That way, you'll know how much house you can afford. I have worked with Stephanie Scott with Metro Capital Mortgage in Boise for many years and she takes excellent care of my clients!
