Pollack is a big name when it comes to Valley Real Estate. One of the 'main' ones is Michael Pollack, renowned investor and developer who owns dozens of shopping centers, among other items, in his portfolio. The East Valley Tribune just conducted a question and answer session with Mr. Pollack. A very interesting peek into the mind of a man who knows the Valley's Real Estate market like no other. He also sponsors half the floats in the APS Electric Light Parade ... don't forget that!

Jonathan, people like Mr. Pollack must really be one of a set of triplets....with the vast # of things he's involved with...where are the hours in a day??

He also sponsors a float in Chandler's Ostrich Parade every year....I believe he plays the drums (loudly!)

Calie - I haven't yet had the pleasure of attending the Ostric Parade.....next time I will keep my ears open for the drums!
