Fernando, your welcome. I am new to posting Market Analysis, but I have found its what the public wants to read, so now I will do more of them. Our city is quite large in area so I will do specific areas at a time, as you know, real estate is local and sometimes that is neighborhood to neighborhood.

HI Silvia, yes, Southwest Austin has much to offerm, from the million dollar estates to the $150,000 cottages. It's truly a wonderful part of Austin.
