The above graph represents the closed sales on single family homes for the area of Newport Beach. To date, there have been 43 closed sales for single family homes in Newport Beach. The average sales price and percent of list price remains higher in January, however number of sales increased in March as there were 28 closed sales. Sold price per square foot remains consistent in February and March. There has been one sale in April 2009, so the statistics are based upon one sale.

Currently, in Newport Beach, there are 45 pending/back up properties.
