Sharon,
Fantastic. Thanks so much for sharing! Much more success to you!
Wow - I'm impressed. I thought that activerain was more a website for real estate agents to make referrals to each other, but I didn't realize that there seems to be a lot of customers, too, that pick their agents this way.
Congratulations!
Blogging is not a waste of time, but blogging primarily on AR is a poor return on your investment. You are building content for a site you do not own and do not control, now or in the future.
Agents often suggest to renters that they stop paying their landlord's mortgage. This applies to blogging as well. Don't rent space at AR (you pay with the unique content you write) at the expense of your own online blog real estate.
Maria - thanks!
Antoinette - thanks!
ActiveRain IS a website for real estate agents - but customers read it as well.
Jeff - good post, and good command of your Tupelo area.
Bob - of course it's better to have your own site as well as ActiveRain and Localism, and to link back and forth. For many people, ActiveRain helps them get started to create their own site.
Bryant - you know hubby does. He has other mischief to attend to.
Emmett - keep doing what you know you should do. The rest will just come.
Paula - thanks. Happy time wasting!
That's great news, Sharon. The news keeps coming in from Rainers around the country with success stories.
Jeff
CONGRATULATIONS! Anytime you can bring something of value to potential clients is time well "wasted"!
Jeff - I think it's like a snowball going downhill - it keeps coming faster and faster, bigger and bigger.
Anne-Marie - thanks! It's great to bring value and have fun at the same time.
Hi Sharon - way to go!! What a way to 'waste your time', huh???? Waste away!
Congrats!
Ann
Sharon, of course that it is worth it :) I have not had much good luck , but I love it, I love to share and give when I can :P, good blog !
Mana - Thanks. I'll keep wasting my time!
Ann - Thanks. Look forward to seeing you again in Florida - but 6/23 I'll be in Vail.
Michael - just keep blogging - the rest will come.
Ray - same as I said to Michael - keep blogging, keep sharing, the rest will come.
Randy - glad you're seeing the business result. Look forward to meeting you soon.
