- 69 re-sale homes were for sale, compared to 65/94 and 95 for the past three months.
- 25 pending sales and back-ups, as compared to 12/20/16/36/30/27/27/24 preceding months.
- 29 homes closed in Marchup more than double than last month,and compared to 12/13/20/11/28/30/24/20/14/21/13 respectively in the past 12 months.
- Average selling price for March was $592,930 for a home with an average of 2,306 square feet.
- The average days on the market was 95 for March.
Condominium activity for March:
- 14 condo/town-homes were for sale, compared to 6/12/9/13 in the past few months.
- 5 pending sales/back-ups went into escrow in March compared to 3/1/4/3/1/5/7/2/1/1/5/2/2 since the beginning of 2008.
- 6 condos closed escrow for March compared to 0/5/3/4/2/5/4/2/2/0/3/3/2/4/6 respectively in preceding months.
