So what do you do when you have a lot of living to do, and very little living space to do it in?? Take that small room and give it three different functions....

Here is a picture of a condo we staged today! Buyers could not see the room for what it could be, they only saw what it was not! For instance, where do we eat?? Where can I put my computer?? My couch won't fit, what kind of furniture can I put in here??

Are these questions keeping your small condo from selling?? Take a look at this space once it was staged by the team of ReStyled to Sell Home Staging Experts!

By angling the loveseat and chair, the windows now define the living room area, leaving plenty of space for a small bistro table and computer area in the opposite side of the room.

The stainless steel bistro table draws buyers eyes into the kitchen which has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The table can also be pulled away from the wall on those special occassions to fit seating for four!

Keep artwork LIGHT and AIRY! By using iron scroll work instead of heavy artwork, we kept the space appearing open and light. We also used glass top table to visually create more space.

This is a great condo that I am sure will now please any first time home buyer!

SO why haven't you scheduled your in home staging consultation with the Team of ReStyled to Sell Home Staging Experts?? Together we are changing the way buyers view homes!

How charming! I can see buyers eyes lighting up when they walk into this newly staged condo. It will be off the market soon I predict.

Phyllis - You turned one room and gave it three separate and distinct purposes.  I'm very impressed.

Congratulations.  Your post is being featured in the group Staging Before & After Pictures.

Very impressive!  The power of staging at it's best!  Those small homes need staging just as bad as the big ones - if not more!

Great use of space, Phyllis.  I'm sure buyers could never have dreamed fitting so many areas into one small space.  Thanks for sharing.
