This listing is not far from my neighborhood. I have passed the house many times on my way home... and now that I've seen some of the listing photos, I understand why it's still on the market!
Who takes photos of a toilet? Does that mean there's not a sink, or tub, or shower in the bathroom?
This is the front of the house. Are we highlighting the not-too-green yard? Or the overgrown bush next to the house?
As with other vacants, it's up to the buyer to figure out what room this is, and what furniture would fit. Any guesses?
Perhaps another price reduction is in order...
