Here's a fun link to some of the world's most expensive homes.  Sure they have money, but are they really happy?  Of course they are!

While I'm not the listing agent for any of these homes...actually they never even called me...I am available to assist you in buying or selling your home in Orange County, California.

Of course they are happy Marlene!  Wouldn't you be if you had endless closets & bathrooms?  :P

Hi Kristin - Candy Spelling doesn't even know how many bathrooms there are in the house.  She figures that's a lot of T.P. to worry about. :-)

Evening Marlene - I love it!!!!! That's the way to stay agressive.  Your post is great and who knows you very well may wind up as the selling agents.  Keep em coming.

Cheers

Hi Marlene,

Yep, nothing like a 17,000 sq. ft. attic for storage!

Yikes, I've got about 30 sq. ft. in my attic  for storage and I think I've got too much stuff. Early this a.m. she(Candy) eluded to the fact that she would be donating many items to other collections, a good thing!

Hi Fred - Thanks for the vote of confidence.  From your lips to God's ears.

Hi Lynda - That 17,000 square foot storage area got to me too.  I wondered if I could manage to clutter it up the way I do my garage or if I'd ever get rid of anything - LOL

I just don't get it... why anyone would want/need such a HUGE place. Can only be "show and tell" for an ego trip.

BUT...it was fasinating to watch.

Hi Kat - It's sure not in my scope of living space either.  My husband and I looked at an 8,000 square foot home once and I remember thinking I wouldn't ever want to be alone in it.

Marlene,

If you end up being the selling agent, make sure that you tell us. Where do you find clients with that kind of capital.

I am up for the challenge of living in that amount of space - does that mean I have to break open my little piggy bank?

Steve - It's a deal.  If I sell this one, I won't keep it a secret - LOL

Hi Kathleen - I think you may want to break open the BIG piggy bank for this one.

I had a 4,000-SF house for two years. It was just too big for two people so we took our IRS money and ran to something half that size.

I must admit that it is fun to visit the houses, or to do a home inspection on one, but that's about it for me.

Hi Regina - Can you believe Candy doesn't even know how many bathtooms there are?  I just can't relate.

Hi Debra - Hey, you want to make a bid, I'll be happy to write an offer for you - LOL

Hi Russel - I think I'd get lost in 4000 square feet of house.  But, I'd be willing to give it a try, just once.

Wow, that's some place.  Maybe they can turn it into a low-income housing project and give back to the community?
