Yep, nothing like a 17,000 sq. ft. attic for storage!

Yikes, I've got about 30 sq. ft. in my attic for storage and I think I've got too much stuff. Early this a.m. she(Candy) eluded to the fact that she would be donating many items to other collections, a good thing!

Hi Lynda - That 17,000 square foot storage area got to me too. I wondered if I could manage to clutter it up the way I do my garage or if I'd ever get rid of anything - LOL

I just don't get it... why anyone would want/need such a HUGE place. Can only be "show and tell" for an ego trip.

BUT...it was fasinating to watch.

Hi Kat - It's sure not in my scope of living space either. My husband and I looked at an 8,000 square foot home once and I remember thinking I wouldn't ever want to be alone in it.

If you end up being the selling agent, make sure that you tell us. Where do you find clients with that kind of capital.

I had a 4,000-SF house for two years. It was just too big for two people so we took our IRS money and ran to something half that size.

I must admit that it is fun to visit the houses, or to do a home inspection on one, but that's about it for me.
