Port sellers received an average of 88.8% of their original asking price (it was 93% in February). The average days on the market for homes sold in March was 119 days (94 days for those sold in February).

There are currently 163 homes for sale in Port and 36 pending sale. Although the prices of homes sold in March in Port rose, Nassau County saw a big dip in the average sale price.
