Let's see SUNSHINE,, SUNSHINE and more SUNSHINE.  It's now spring and spring is in the air.  Currently the streets are a little less congested because it's Spring break.  I'm not sure where everyone left to vacation perhaps many of them are just staying at home enjoying being home. 

Las Vegas is situated in such a wonderful area of the United States,  You can travel four hours and you'll be at the Beach in California or you can head toward Utah for a quick get away, it's only a few hours away. 
I always tell my clients Las Vegas is a great place to live of course of a number of reasons but one reason is being able to get in your vehicle and get out of town for a quick fun getaway and return refreshed and ready to go again.
