Here is what they had to say about Colorado Springs:
“Colorado Springs has a sizable corps of young adults, giving it a strong foundation for the future. Nearly 30 percent of Colorado Springs’ residents are between the ages of 25 and 44, sixth-best in the midrange study group.”
How were the cities selected?
It was a balance of many things, with the “highest scores [going] to well-rounded places with healthy economies, light traffic, moderate costs of living, impressive housing stocks and strong educational systems.”
I have to agree!
I always say that Colorado Springs rush hour traffic is a relaxing vacation … compared to Denver. Our cost of living is not too shabby, and even the Colorado Springs real estate market is healthier than many other places in the nation.
