I have to agree!
I always say that Colorado Springs rush hour traffic is a relaxing vacation … compared to Denver. Our cost of living is not too shabby, and even the Colorado Springs real estate market is healthier than many other places in the nation.

I find it very interesting that Fort Collins is higher then Colorado Springs. It isn't personal we just rule up here!
