A what in time?? (Just kidding...) It's icey outside here this morning, but I loved the snow that fell all day yesterday.
The wall does not look too load bearing to me. Unbelievable.
I had an inspection last year where there was a crack in the wall. Below, the foundation was being eaten away by wood boring beetles! WHODATHUNKIT!
Always get an inspection....
And this was new construction that had passed all the permit inspections? Amazing!!!
That is terrible. Is the recommendation to jack it up a little and put something proper in there?
