Wow Gail, One of those looks like a jade type plant. I murdered at least 2 of those! Yours are doing very nicely, they must be very happy there on your porch.
You are so kind to take the time come back and post your photos! I really appreciate it Gail.
:-)
Right back at ya Gail....
LOVE what you have done, and thanks for the ideas...
OMG janeAnne, I never thought of that, LOL!!! Love your beautiful green eye Frankie, thanks so much for posting the photo.
I love these ideas! Because my cats like to eat plants I only have a few that I can keep out of their reach, but this opens new possibilities.
Love how these turned out! I was going to ask how much you water them then I went back to re-read that they are faux! LOL
Hi Ann, I'm glad Imay have provided a solution for you, thanks for your comments! They are so easy to put together.
Hi Lizette, You are not the only one who thought they were real. I should have mentioned again at the end of the blog that they were faux, fake and not real!
You do such a beautiful job on your arrangements. I am bookmarking for future reference. I love these!
Hey again Sharon, Thank you! These are super easy, fill container w/ sand stick in plant and a doo-dad if you wish. No one can mess these up.
Succulents present such great art!
Thanks for stopping by for visit Ann!
I simply love this, I've always wanted to create beautiful yet simple arrangements. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Kate, I'm glad to have given you a bit of inspiration!
We have so much humidy, but yet can still grow tropicals and succulents...weird we can grow both.
Hi Cindy, These look real but in fact they are fake. I don't think I made it clear enough in the title, yikes! I was hoping anyone who needed a small bit of green could whip these up real fast w/ no design skills.
You can do the same thing with real succulents, too, as long as you give them support and a little water once a month that has some nutrients in it since there is no soil from which the roots can get nutrients.
There is a Century 21 office here that has done a superb job with fake plants.
I still like the real thing though. I just need the smell of the soil and leaves, and to watch the beautiful blossoms as they grow, bloom, and die.
Russel, what a fabulous picture you've shared here, thanks!!! I love the real deal plants too from working in the florist business for 12 years. Thanks for the visit.
Somehow I missed this post...great idea, and I can see them working beautifully in several places! Thanks for sharing, and sparking my creative juices to make a few of these!
Hey there Cheryl, I miss many many posts too, just only so much time in day huh? These love how super easy these are and anyone can do them. Thanks so much for visit and checkin' in Cheryl!
