Wow, it has been a while since I posted anything but things have been happening fast in Northern Indiana. I have 4 offers in the waiting line. On 2 of the transactions inspections are all done and responded to by both buyers and sellers, appraisals are in, closing has been set and, and,  wait a minute just days before the scheduled closing date the underwriters are asking for reviews on the appraisals and more inspections. What is up with that..Oh now I remember these are FHA loans. Man, if I could just keep up with the daily changes...

Oh what the heck I am learning and I love my profession. All will work out and I will be so much smarter for the next buyer.
