I too have seen that patience can pay big dividends on bank-owned properties. Banks are just like anyone else. When a home is overpriced, they finally figure out that a price reduction is needed if they want to sell.
That is real patience. Congratulations to your clients for finding the home of their dreams.
Thesa: That is awesome. These buyers must now think you just about walk on water. Hooray for them, and hooray for you ! Take care...
That's great that your buyers finally got a home....just goes to show that we too have to be persistent in helping our clients.
Silly bank
Whata's wrong with the banks...well, your buyers got a great deal, and it does pay to be patient.
Congrats on your patience. Many of us would have "kicked them to the curb" after two and half years.
Thesa, that's great news. I love working with first time home buyers; they are so much fun!!
Hi Thesa - Wow...you beat my 16 months and still going with a buyer who is patiently, persistently pursuing her first home purchase. I'm praying she finds the same success your clients have found. Good job!
Thesa, your just an awesome Realtor...that's all there is to it....way to go, as usual. And....gosh it is good to see you in the saddle again.
When you are in a hurry, it costs more money, mistakes are made. Mother Goose Realty...isn't that where you work for those new buyers?
That is great! It sounds like patience and persistence has or will pay off at closing. I have one client I've been working with for 4+ yrs. I'm hoping I can get him into a house this year.
