Additional Assitance For Jacksonville, FL HomeBuyers

Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Funds have arrived...This year is the same as last year's issue; a 5/1 match as follows:

Borrower contribution of $500 = $2500 subsidy

Borrower contribution of $1,000 = $5,000 subsidy

Borrower contribution of $2,000 = $10,000 subsidy

These funds may be used in conjunction with the Head Start to Homeownership and SHIP programs (when it becomes available)
