Hi Matt - Yup.  If you plan to make an offer bring your checkbook and your pre-approval.  We hjust can't make it clearer than that.

A pre-approval letter always comes first.  I think very few realtors would show homes to a client who doesn't have one.

Marlene - Its one of the harder things to explain sometimes.  I find people are nervous about pre-approval and don't always know what it is or why its necessary.

Shirley - I think you'd be surprised how many do.  When people are hungry for business, they tend to take chances.  I've made the mistake of taking chances before - showing property with no buyer rep, etc.  You learn the hard way, but then some people just keep doing it.
