According to the Branson Tri-Lake MLS statistics, Stone County single family homes sales last month total was 20 homes with the highest priced one selling for $520,900 and the lowest priced one selling for $60,000.  That is a huge improvement over the last several months an shows a major improvement in both the weather and buyer's desires to take advantage of the slower market prices.  Land, farm and homes for sale and more information is available by request.
