This is a great solution we have used on quite a few ocacasions. This fills an empty fireplace in an un-conventional way. We always get positive comments on this.
Big Fun! It is such a departure from the typical firewood. Quite memorable Todd!
Judy: Don't be afaid to think out of the box. That is what you are being paid for. Believe me... people will remember the house with the rattan balls in the firepalce. Agents and homebuyers love this kind of "merchandising", because it is so different.
Peg: Try it. You can use a lot of different things. It is great for distracting from a FP with an ugly firebox.
Well interesting, and you are right. i can't tell you how many homes I've shown buyers that they "name"...the swing house, the cookie house, the blue house, the balls in the fireplace house...they will remember it.
Hey good to see you here...perhaps again later in the year at an Expo? Take care. t
Not afraid to think out of the box (well, maybe sometimes), to me this just looks like too much or too big for the space. Don't get me wrong, love the idea, just think they're a bit overwhelming (distracting) in this picture. How come the balls aren't in the picture of your previous post about the floating furniture, same room isn't it?
I like that Todd! We have few fireplaces here in FL but I have come across a couple that needed that kind of help. Great job!
Judy: I forgot the "balls" when I took the first photos, went back to take "the balls" back. I l misplaced the most recent photos until I accidently found them and thought it would be a great idea to share.
People will remember this house for sure. I haven't even seen balls this big, the largest one looks almost as big as the chair.
