Lenn - That looks exactly like my charge for filling the tank on my Expedition. I think I will trade for something smaller! Your area looks like ours, all those open house signs!

Thanks folks.

Yes Dan.  The Open House signs say it all.

Paula.  I suppose the Expedition gets about the same 16 miles PG that the Sequoia does.  Sad, sad and I don't expect it to get any better.

We just arrived home from the DC NAR meetings and we filled up at the last NJ Turnpike service station. On our way down last Saturday gas was 2.869 and today it was 2.919. It just never ends.

We did pass through Rockville but really didn't have time to stop and say hi on Friday.

Jay McGillicuddy - Sounds like the price at the pump in NJ is less than around here.  I haven't see gas priced under
$3.00 for a week.  We're at about $3.17 as of yesterday.

Kristal Kraft - Shucks.  I forgot to take my cloak.  I don't usually have a reflection.

It looks like a nice day in Maryland today.  Lots of Realtors hustling...good to see.
Brian Brady - It's the weather.  Nice weather brings out the lookers.  Lookers bring out agents to show.
One of these day, one of these lookers are going to buy a house.

.those gas prices are a big OUCH!
Rick & Ines - - OUCH is right.  And I get about 14-16 MPG.

Lenn, this was fun! Looks like you've got it covered as usual.
Cyndee Haydon - Can't leave a stone unturned.  It was fun and I got lots of photos for coming blogs.

Now I see why directional signs were outlawed here. I would not be happy if that was my front yard.

Greg.  You are absolutely right.

This was taken in Montgomery County, MD where the law permits signs over the weekend, but, Monday, there is a county truck that drives around collecting them for the dump.

If someone puts a sign on private land, the fine starts at $500.

Of course, signs are not permitted in medians and lots of other places where we see them.

Balloons are not permitted either as they are considered a traffic distraction.  We see them too.

Interesting comments regarding the price of fines for putting signs in public right of ways.  This is a practice which is just beginning to emerge in the West Michigan area.  For a time, signs were simply being picked up & dumped in the dumpster in some local communities! Looks like Realtors in Maryland are busy rustling up business...

I noticed yesterday that we finally went to about $3.09 in the area at some stations. This morning  checked and the low in the area is $2.94.

Geez, Danny.  We're up to $3.18 - $3.40 for regular gas.  It pays to be close to a source.
