Two scientific studies...offer Men & Women an excuse to just say no!!
Ladies: Did you know, Orgasms don't mean better sleep.
It's commonly believed that satisfactory sex with orgasm leads to better sleep for both partners. But a recent experiment conducted by the Medical Aspects of human sexuality group, did not prove it.
The sleep volunteers who deprived themselves of sex (with their wives) for one week was compared with the sleep of those same volunteers following sex (with their wives). Results: No difference in quality of sleep, nor in how rested each person felt on awakening.
Men: Did you know, Beer is as effective as jogging in increasing your Good cholesterol.
Three beers a day may control cholesterol as effectively as jogging, according to recent research conducted by Baylor college of Medicine. Moderate beer drinking seems to increase the body's high density lipo-protein (HDL), the type of cholesterol linked with reduced heart disease risks. Note: Moderate exercise (in any form...Hint) also raises HDL levels. The benefits appear to be either /or with no significant benefit with doing both.
Moral of the True sceintific research: If men don't have sex as their form of exercises, they may as well drink beer for the sake of their heart. Point to ponder?
