From 9 am until noon on April 25, volunteers are needed to help create more than 10 acres of habitat in the Galveston Bay area.  This annual restoration effort by Galveston Bay Foundation will clean up and plant cord grass and sea grass, thus help provide wildlife homes, protect shorelines and improve water quality.
