Cash is gold and real estate in Florida is selling.

WOW, I don't know about the rest of the country, but Fort Lauderdale, Florida beach area properties are selling like hot cakes.

We have properties such as a 1/1 beautiful property between the Intracoastal and withing a block of the ocean as low as $50,000.

We are seeing an influx of people with cash buying everything at rock bottom prices.

As is the motto in our office. Those that buy now are the millionaires of the future.

How is this current situation in your area?

We are having the same experience here in Ocean Shores, Washington! Business has picked up 800% in this last month for our team. Our office motto is "fortunes are made in this kind of economy."

Isn't it crazy...most of my customers are foreign nationals. What are you seeing in your area my CB friend?

There are people buying in Detroit with cash too. Homes are selling which is good. I hope all these investors can stay round for a while

Yes, I hope so as well. The cash is flowing and all is good here in south Florida. Thank you for your comments.

Most of our current Buyers are from a 150mi radius of our City. A couple out of staters. The bottom of market has come and gone. Buyers need to buy now or their favorite, low priced location will be owned by another!

You have that right. Just like in my area. Get it now and become rich later. We have some incredible deals down here in So. Flo. right now. Amazing. The international buyers are all about it with their dollar way above ours.

Would be nice to have some extra cash laying around to scoop up some of those properties!! I am just a regular "pee-on" so I won't be a millionaire anytime soon but those that have the cash have some great opportunities right now.

I LOVE OCEAN SHORES!!!!!!!!!!!! Spent most every summer there as a kid and have very fond memories of those times. Everytime I get a chance to go home for a while, it always includes a trip to Ocean Shores. Sure has grown there alot from when i was a kid, glad to hear sales are picking up too.
