Auction Terms: Property sells at absolute auction to the highest bidder regardless of price. Sold As-Is with no contingencies for inspection, financing or otherwise. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to arrange financing and conduct all desired inspections prior to auction day. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to establish the contract sale price.
Deposit & Closing: Registration to bid will require a $7,500 cashier's check made to Ohio Real Estate Auctions, LLC. Successful bidder will leave check on deposit and must close on or before May 15, 2009. Time is of the essence.

Viewing Dates: Friday, April 17th 4:00 to 4:30PM & 30 minutes prior to Auction. Private showings with your Realtor are also encouraged.
