Home sales in Silverado Court 1 and 2, a neighborhood in the Silverado area of Henderson and Las Vegas, NV are off to a great start so far in 2007. Seven homes closed in the first quarter.

Existing resale inventory of 17 homes (plus 5 with accepted offers) means there is about a nine-month supply. Price and condition will be the determining factors on which homes buyers prefer. Homes in Silverado Court 1 and 2 are located close to schools, shopping and recreation and have quick access to the I-215 freeway.
