Home sales activity in Silverado Hills, a neighborhood in the Silverado area of Las Vegas, NV is even so far in 2007. Four homes closed in the first quarter, compared to 4 in the same period in 2006.

Existing resale inventory of 11 homes means buyers have options and room to negotiatie. In order to get homes sold, it is important that they are priced correctly and in top showing condition. Homes in Silverado Hills have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to the amneties of Green Valley Ranch and Anthem.

Hi John,

Wow...I'm surprised your MLS allows you to post addresses of actual sales.  Our MLS here in Austin does not allow any advertising of specific addresses and home sales.  We can of course, give the information to a client who has contacted us for a CMA, etc.

Looks like things are moving along there!
