3/26 sold a bank owned luxury home in Northern VA for $2,073,500 Used our "hybrid" format, ended up just under reserve but bank confirmed sale during auction
3/31 sold a "handyman" in perfect Baltimore location for $808,500 SPCA was the seller and exceeded reserve
4/3 sold a foreclsoure residential lot in nowhere (Northern Neck) VA for $22,050 Bank was happy - never thought we would get that high a price
4/7 sold a foreclosure office condo on Northern VA for $483,000 Bank was happy - offered a broker co-op and this made it work
